TRANSFORMATIONAL LIFE COACH for mothers

I knew my life was going to change when I had my daughter…but I didn’t know how much I was going to change alongside her.

Becoming a mother was truly an awakening for me, but it wasn’t always that way. For the first few months of her life I simply lived in survival mode. Living life on autopilot, pouring all my strength and energy into my role as a new mother.

Many of the days seemed to blur together and I felt pulled in every direction but my own. My passions and interests seemed distant, my ambitions and aspirations fell to the wayside and I felt so deeply immersed in my role as “mom” that I began attending to everyones needs but my own.

It wasn’t until I reached a breaking point that I became aware of just how disconnected I was. I had to decide whether I would return to my 9-5 job as a teacher, or pursue a more balanced, but extremely uncertain life as a coach.

This transitional stage forced me to be radically honest with myself and what I needed to accept + change. It wasn’t until I stepped off the treadmill of life, of what others expected of me or what society told me to do that I found the desire to get clear about what I wanted.

I had to go inwards and reconnect with my values and what truly mattered to me. I had to let go of all the noise and ground into my own inner voice and guide.

It had been there all along… I just wasn’t able to hear it. And that’s when it all started to shift…my journey back home; honouring who I had been, rediscovering who I had become, and celebrating who I wanted to be.

My mission now, is supporting mothers through their own transitions and journeys of reconnection. To show you the art of slowing down, taking time for yourself + tuning into your needs. To show you that it’s possible to be a loving mother, whilst also creating meaning and fulfilment outside of that role.

To help you curate more self awareness so you can feel empowered creating a path of your own. To help you navigate the many transitions in your lives, by gaining inner alignment and clarity on what truly matters most to you.
